by us in Choele Choel, using our technology. |

Production is planned so as to harvest all year round, allowing us to always have new potatoes. |

The very thin skin, imperceptible in the bite, obtained with our process is very important for the gourmet characteristic of our potatoes. This allows cooking with the skin keeping all their flavour and nutritive qualities providing superior characteristics in flavour and palativity. |
